Understand that employees takes time to learn and then perform which will take time   Provide continuous feedback on how to perform new tasks and know exactly what they are doing right and what could be done better Giving employees the freedom to do things both wrong and right will help them to better learn how to perform the tasks  on their own. This will feel more trusted and valued.
