Change is essential today as the business world is constantly orbiting and competition is increasing. Thus, it is the essence of any organisation to fulfill customer needs if not it would lose competitive edge and would not be able to compete in the market (Nging & Yazdanifard, 2015).

However, understanding the need for change is not enough for managers. They must require perceiving, understanding and then recommending the most suitable form of change. The HR role in organizational change is to support employees for those who are struggling in and motivate those who are resistant to change. Thus, the HR managers need to find a way to increase the triggers for change and reduce resistance.

Any organisation need to strike a balance between forces pushing for a change and forces resisting to change. HR also has a responsibility in conveying the message of organizational change same vertically to the supervisors or respective department managers in a manner which mostly appropriate at the prevailing system.

HR managers in turn should act as change supporters in the early process of change where the others implement the change and undergo the practice. In brief, HR managers need to utilize their competencies to the vision and get the road successfully by implanting the change innovatively, technological way (Bennis, 1985).

However, it is deemed that change must be properly planned and employees need to be prepared to accept these changes enthusiastically as the real world is turbulent which undergo any dynamic change if they want to perform in competitive levels.
